Once an order has been shipped and delivered in good condition, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@walkersoluxe.store with your order details and clear photos of the issue. We will review the matter and assist you accordingly.

Please note that claims made after the 48-hour period may not be eligible for resolution.
