Local delivery timelines and fees are shown at checkout for your selected area.
Nationwide
Delivery across Nigeria in approximately 2–5 working days after dispatch.
Tracking
Eligible courier orders receive tracking information once dispatched.
Packaging
Every pair is inspected and securely boxed before dispatch.
Shipping fees
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Delivery fees vary by destination and courier. Any adjustment will be confirmed with you before dispatch.
If the delivery fee selected at checkout is insufficient, the outstanding balance must be paid before your order is dispatched.
Order tracking
For orders delivered through our logistics partners, your tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
Returns & exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery for eligible items that are:
- Unused and undamaged
- In their original condition
- In their original packaging
Items delivered in good condition are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@walkersoluxe.store with your order details and clear photos or videos of the item and packaging. We will review your request and provide the appropriate resolution.
